VOTE for real change
18 February 2020 & again on 7 April 2020
I’ve worked professionally in Appleton since 2001, and more recently became and official resident. I am a 21 year Army veteran. While in the Army and as a member of the Appleton-based 2-127th Infantry I took on large managerial roles in the organization and received many commendations and reviews of excellence in: Logistical management systems, Maintenance management systems, organizational operations, Administration, Human resources, Facilities management, Fleet management, Budget, Finance, Payroll, Travel, Training systems, Deployments, and Mission accomplishment.
Since Army retirement in 2016 I have founded and run two business in Appleton. Beach House LLC (est. 2012), which provides safe clean and affordable housing to 66 Appleton families(all are authorized to speak of me and my character). My second endeavor has been to create and develop Free Market Education(est. 2017). FME is a downloadable application that I’ve built to act as an education platform. It offers skilled persons an economic opportunity to sell their knowledge and experience to younger, less experienced student(s). This is a free service, to everyone. It is my gift. read more on FME – freemarketeducation.com
Running my three major operations has taught/forced me to learn critical operational skills and techniques. I’ve advanced my economy, my resources, and my ability to accomplish complex tasks. I manage all aspects of the operations to include: Finance, Budget, Logistics, Planning, Maintenance, Scheduling, Contracting, and customer service.
Why am I running?
I am a leader. I can’t stand to complain about something without offering a meaningful solution. I don’t play Monday morning quarterback. In order to make a difference I had to get involved. That’s, my why. I see so much potential in Appleton. We have a beautiful city, amazing culture and work ethic. I would like to see the city of Appleton be successful in all it does, avoiding popular distractions & pitfalls, staying focused on its goals, resilient and on course for success for its citizens.
I want to foster a “Neighbors helping Neighbors” environment. Create more education opportunities. Encourage more collaboration and working towards productive goals. I want to eliminate wasteful government, eliminate fraud waste and abuse. Offer and develop ways to operate more efficiently. Generate revenue in the city that isn’t a tax or fee to our community.
