Northland Lutheran Retirement Community is a non-profit church related ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Northland is sponsored by over 20 congregations in Wisconsin and Michigan and is a part of the Northern Great Lakes Synod.
For almost 100 years, the Northland Community has been serving the Marinette and Menominee area, not only through housing and services, but through employment as well.
Northland Lutheran Retirement employs over 250 people in the area and prides itself on longevity. Several employees have been a part of the Northland Community for over 20 years, giving its residents the advantage and feel of a true community that cares.
