What if I don't have a company logo? We can help create a complete corporate identity for you. We use the company logo as a starting point for all your marketing materials especially your website. In order for a corportate identity to work we believe in keeping things uniform. Can I make changes to the website? Most clients email or call us with any changes to their website. Some clients do maintain their own sites in-house using GoLive or Dreamweaver. With regards to updating our E-Commerce stores you will only need internet access and a standard browser. Updating your online store is very easy and can be handled with limited computer knowledge.

What do I have to do? We are experts in the graphic design, promotion, and care of a website. We are not experts in your business. So we need from you enough input to enable us to create a website with the flavor of your business. You provide us with information about your business, if available a company logo in digital format, photos that pertain to your business (we also have thousands of stock photos available), and any marketing materials you use. With that info we will then provide you with some mockups for you to choose from. After the launch of a website, we suggest you promote the site on every piece of documentation sent out by your company. Business cards, flyers, stationary, catalogs and any other document that you generate in promoting your business should have your web address included. Promotion of the site on the web can be effective, but total promotion includes you carrying it into all phases of your business.

How long will it take to get my site finished? It depends on the size but we normally launch a site within 1-3 weeks after we begin.
